These first-of-their-kind residences will house up to 100 women at a time for long-term care that is Presence Driven and Biblically based— 1 to 3 years — depending on their needs for healing and restoration where they will be equipped to be sent out as Reformers into the trade they feel called to.

Landon Schott
Landon leads a nationally influential ministry through Mercy Culture’s nine campuses across Texas and twelve Housed Vision non-profits. His sermons are marked by fearless preaching, prophetic revelation, and uncompromising biblical truth. With a reformer’s voice and an apostolic heart, he calls the Church to righteousness, spiritual maturity, and bold cultural engagement.
A dynamic communicator, author, and advocate, his ministry extends beyond the pulpit—mobilizing communities, confronting injustice, and advancing the kingdom in every sphere of society. He also serves on the Spiritual Advisory Board for the National Faith Advisory Board in Washington, D.C.
When he’s not building the local church, he’s loving and leading his young family. Above all, he is a husband, father, and spiritual leader devoted to seeing individuals and nations transformed by the presence of God. His life’s passion is to help people encounter God, grow spiritually, and live lives that please the Lord.

Heather Schott is the Senior Pastor of Mercy Culture Church in Fort Worth, Texas, where she leads alongside her husband, Landon Schott. She is a wife, mother of three, author, reformer, and a prophetic voice in this generation.
Radically delivered from addiction at 17 years old, Heather tells her powerful testimony in her book “Unscarred” – a ministry to the broken, bound, and ashamed to step into the deliverance power of Jesus. Through this message, she commissions others to trade sin and shame for freedom. Unscarred has become a loud calling to let freedom ring and arise as witnesses of what Christ has done for us.
She is the founder of The Justice Reform, an anti-human trafficking organization bringing awareness and raising funds through The Justice Run to build long-term redemption homes, The Justice Residences, for survivors.
Heather serves on the National Faith Advisory Board and is calling the church into action to bring revival and reformation.
