What is Heart for Mercy?
One time a year, we bring a special offering unto the Lord. We ask God for His heart for His house, and we call it Heart for Mercy! 2 Corinthians 9:7 says, “Each one must give as he has decided in his heart, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver.” Mercy Culture is a community that loves God and loves to give to God.
We’re asking everyone in the community of Mercy Culture to pray and ask God for His heart for His house. Ask the Lord what offering pleases Him, then OBEY! On Sunday, March 1, we will come together as a church family and bring our offering as worship unto the Lord. Our elders and pastors will pray over every offering during a holy moment of bringing our best love offering to God.
With a heart like King David in 2 Samuel 24, we declare, “I will not sacrifice to the Lord my God burnt offerings that cost me nothing.”

The Justice Reform
The Justice Reform is answering the cry for justice by bringing reformation from city to city. Since launch, we have seen this vision come to life:
- 44 Women Graduated from The Justice Reform Advocacy Program
- Helped aid in a private Massage Parlor Sting Operation

Partnered with a local Safe House for rescued survivors where some of our advocates served, hosted dinner, and a prayer gathering -
1,200 registered runners for Justice Run with over 1,500 people in attendance -
Launched Justice Run Austin bringing awareness of Human Trafficking to the city and running community - Awarded, Non-Profit Appreciation for Human Trafficking by Judge Tim O'Hare

Mercy Culture Church is now stewarding one of only three homes directly across the street from the Supreme Court of the United States. This house—now called THE THRESHING FLOOR—is being consecrated as a place of intercession and prayer, a sacred altar where we believe laws will be established and overturned through the petitions lifted before the Lord. This house will never be ours; it will always be the Lords!

Thousands have been fed and ministered to on a weekly basis through our Foodbank. This is how we THRIVE as a community, not just survive. We have seen miracle after miracle in our church parking lot, and we know it is beyond our ability.

Since For Liberty & Justice began
For Liberty & Justice has launched multiple chapters in three states and will be expanding to 12 states by the end of 2026. 109 Friends and Family candidates have been instrumental in co-authoring and passing the following policies and legislation:
- Banning gender mutilation surgeries in Texas
- Protecting innocent life from being taken by the abortion pill
- Placing prayer and the Ten Commandments back into public schools
- Passing the parental bill of rights
- Eliminating social-transitioning in schools
- Age-verifying pornography
- Classifying the muslim brotherhood as a terrorist organization
- Creating a state-jail felony for illegally crossing the southern border
- Cracking down on human trafficking by increasing penalties for traffickers

In 2026, our goal is to reach even further. We are believing for:
