Marco Leardini is the Lead Pastor of Mercy Culture Orange County and carries a unique, God-given dual calling to both ministry and marketplace. He is committed to gathering worshipers passionate for God’s Presence and building a culture that equips people for their callings, sending them into the marketplace with a fire for revival and reformation throughout Orange County and beyond.

His ministry journey began nearly thirty years ago as a missionary after graduating from Bible college in Southern California. Since then, he has spoken in churches and at international conferences and has ministered prophetically in the marketplace—all while building businesses and faithfully stewarding these callings with grace and wisdom.

Before stepping into full-time pastoral leadership, Marco spent over 40 years building and leading his own businesses, including two decades as Co-Founder, President, and CEO of a national payment technology organization. Under his leadership, that company became a six-time Inc. 5000 Fastest Growing Privately Held Company—reflecting significant influence and excellence within the marketplace.

Today, Marco faithfully leads Mercy Culture Orange County while stewarding Kingdom-centered business ventures that build technologies and solutions serving churches, ministries, and businesses around the world.

His ability to lead in both spheres is marked by a rare wisdom and a deep belief that the Kingdom of God advances through faithful stewardship of God’s presence in the pulpit and the marketplace.

Valerie is a pastor and prophetic voice with a passion to see people encounter the Presence of God. For nearly forty years, she has been involved in nearly every expression of ministry—leading youth, young adults, children’s ministry, women’s ministry, intercession, prophetic ministry, and teaching in Bible colleges and conferences.

Her heart burns to see sons and daughters delivered and set free from every form of oppression and bondage. She loves equipping people with the Word of God so they can be sent into the God-given destinies the Lord has prepared for them.

She is the Founder of Ekklesia Arise©, where she taught and trained intercessory teams in prayer, prophetic ministry, and cultivating a lifestyle of hosting His Presence.

Valerie encountered Jesus at an early age during the Jesus Movement. Her mother brought her to countless Spirit-filled gatherings, conferences, and meetings where she witnessed the power of the Holy Spirit. Those early encounters marked her life. She carries a deep longing to see revival sweep through California—bringing reformation, transformation, and a nation awakened to the Presence of God.
